Email Assistant

  • Receive and act on email automatically — A new Email Assistant agent is ready to use out of the box. Connect it to any IMAP mailbox and it reads incoming messages, opens a Prosponsive conversation per sender thread, and responds using the same AI capabilities as your other agents.

Workflow Updates

  • Built-in workflows keep themselves current — Prosponsive now updates its built-in tool workflows when a new version starts. Credential assignments and active/inactive state are preserved across updates, so nothing breaks when the app upgrades.

Agent Management

  • Agents now live where you can find them — Agent definition files are saved to your ~/Agents/ folder, making them easy to find, back up, or edit directly. Existing agents have been migrated automatically.
  • Tools refresh when your connections change — The tool list on the agent page now updates automatically when workflows are added or reconnected. A manual refresh button is also available.

Local AI

  • Clearer feedback during Ollama model downloads — Progress tracks reliably as a percentage during model pulls. If a pull fails silently, you'll see an actionable error instead of the app appearing to hang.

Conversation Experience

  • Agent responses thread correctly — The final response from an autonomous run now appears under the message that triggered the agent, keeping multi-step conversations readable.

Reliability

  • Archived conversations now render correctly and no longer appear as unexpected tool approval prompts.
  • The built-in Prosponsive agent is now read-only, preventing accidental edits that could break agent behavior.
  • Fixed a startup issue that could prevent features from launching correctly on some machines.
  • Agent badges no longer truncate the agent name when multiple roles are assigned.
  • 34 previously untranslated strings now display correctly for non-English locales.

  • Your agents work with the tools you already use — Prosponsive now covers 216 products and 2,533 tools, so your autonomous agents can connect directly to the platforms already in your workflow. Top integrations include Salesforce (65 tools), Zoho CRM (61), ClickUp (57), Monica CRM (52), Harvest (51), Pipedrive (49), Slack (44), and GitHub (37). If you work with it, Prosponsive likely has it covered.
  • Simpler tool setup — Adding a tool to an agent now takes fewer steps. Guidance is automatically pre-populated when you add a tool, the credential picker consolidates choices into a single dropdown, and the picker tree uses a cleaner node: operation format throughout. Flat tools like Send Email skip unnecessary steps entirely.
  • Conversations stay organized automatically — Threads are now archived automatically after inactivity, and you can bring any archived thread back at any time. Filter and group your conversation list to show archived threads alongside active ones, keeping your workspace uncluttered without losing history.
  • More reliable agent activation — Agents that depend on workflows that were archived or removed externally are now automatically recovered. Prosponsive detects and restores deleted workflows before activation, ensuring your agents are always ready to run.
  • Inference tuning controls — You can now configure maximum output length, temperature, and history depth directly from the inference settings panel, giving you finer control over how agents think and respond.
  • Cleaner navigation — The main navigation has been reordered to match the natural flow of how you use Prosponsive: Chat, Agents, Schedules, Performance.
  • Stability improvements — Several startup and shutdown edge cases have been resolved, including a splash screen hang on first launch, a tray icon that persisted after quit, and an issue that could prevent auto-updates from completing on Windows.

Usage Analytics Dashboard

  • Richer token insights — the Tokens chart now breaks down usage by input, output, and routing in a stacked view with distinct colors, making it easy to see where your AI spending goes
  • Custom tool activity — a dedicated series tracks custom tool runs separately from built-in tools, so you can see how often your integrations are actually used
  • More accurate KPIs — dashboard metrics now correctly attribute input vs. output tokens, filter to the right scopes, and align totals across all views

Conversation Experience

  • Message-level metrics — model, provider, and token counts are tracked per message and visible in the dashboard
  • Metrics in the message footer — conversation statistics moved to the input footer for a cleaner, always-visible layout

  • System tray initialization is now idempotent — no duplicate tray icons on restart
  • Soft-delete archiving with a configurable TTL keeps your conversation history tidy and recoverable
  • The app now waits for services to be fully ready before acting on scheduled prompts and health checks

  • Free and paid tiers — sign in to unlock higher usage limits, or continue anonymously with the starter tier
  • Usage at a glance — your current usage, plan tier, and weekly reset countdown appear in the account flyout
  • Seamless checkout — subscribing and managing your subscription open directly in your browser; the app refreshes your entitlement immediately after checkout
  • Promo codes — promo codes are now accepted at checkout
  • Automatic usage sync — usage counts sync when you reconnect to the internet, resume from sleep, or bring the app to the foreground

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

  • Prosponsive now includes a Terms of Service, EULA, and Privacy Policy, presented on first launch
  • Anonymous users can accept before signing in, and their acceptance carries over when they create an account

Multi-Agent Orchestration

  • Coordinated agent chains — AI chains can now coordinate multiple specialized agents in a single response; maximum chain depth is configurable in Settings
  • Configurable limits — the maximum number of tool steps per response and the AI inference timeout are now configurable in Settings

Tool Approval and Auto-Approval Rules

  • Confidence badges — tool approval cards show the AI model's self-rated confidence as a color-coded badge
  • Confidence thresholds — auto-approval rules support an optional confidence threshold: auto-approve only when confidence meets your threshold, or auto-deny when it falls below
  • Approvals survive restarts — pending tool approvals are preserved across app restarts
  • Tool categories are now labeled "Core tools" and "Custom tools"

Thread Summaries

  • Automatic summaries — collapsed threads show a conversation summary; if the model skips generating one, the app retries in the background
  • Persistent collapse state — thread collapse/expand state is saved across sessions
  • The thread summary prompt is customizable in Settings

Windows

  • Code-signed builds — Windows builds are now code-signed via Azure Trusted Signing, eliminating the SmartScreen warning on launch

Reliability

  • Conversation messages that fail to save due to a transient database error are now retried automatically
  • Custom tool discovery retries automatically when the initial cache is empty after a failed startup
  • Fixed several edge cases in session restore, token refresh, and sign-in state after restart
  • Fixed completed tool calls occasionally re-executing on re-entry into a thread
  • Default Ollama model is now llama3.1:8b
  • The local API server now requires authentication, so only Prosponsive's own services can reach it

Security

  • Electron renderer runs in a sandboxed process with a Content Security Policy
  • All TLS connections enforce TLS 1.2 minimum with FIPS-approved ciphers
  • Container bind mounts are read-only where possible; log files are owner-readable only
  • Auto-update downloads are verified with SHA-512 checksums and publisher signature before installation
